Sorry, couchpotato, it's copyright by Universal. Universal is pretty well known for not letting any of their horror/scifi flicks slip into Public domain. I checked with USCO and this is what came up....

As far as material recorded from tv, that's a question I've been meaning ask anyway, so I might as well put it forth now:
Is there any rule against uploading PD movies recorded from television, whether the movie was recorded from a station with commercials or a movie channel such as HBO or other such channels with no commercials? Everything I've downloaded that I've had a chance to watch seems to come from mostly some kind of store-bought source, like vhs or dvd. If anyone knows the answer to that one, please let me know because I'm curious as hell about that one.
